Citizens Advice provides guidance on all consumer issues such as:

  • businesses acting unfairly or illegally
  • cancellation of contracts for goods or service
  • faulty goods
  • guarantees
  • scams
  • unsatisfactory service

What happens next?

Where appropriate, Citizens Advice consumer service will refer issues to us.

Due to resource constraints, it is not possible to investigate all referrals. However, all referrals are recorded to help build a picture of problems and scams that may be developing in West Northamptonshire.

This means resources can focus on issues which are likely to cause the most harm and where effective action may be possible.
