Benefits of BorrowBox:

- you can download a maximum of 5 e-audiobooks at a time from BorrowBox for up to 3 weeks
- no overdue items as your loan will expire after 3 weeks
Libby by Overdrive
Benefits of Libby by Overdrive:
- e-audiobooks are free to download
- you can download up to a total of 5 loans across the collection made up of e-books or e-audiobooks, or a combination of both with a choice of loan periods
- no overdue items as your loan will expire after your loan period has ended
How to log in and download BorrowBox e-audiobooks
Sign in through the app
Download the Borrowbox app for Android on Google Play™
Download the Borrowbox app for IOS on the App Store®
Search for and select, 'Northamptonshire Libraries', then enter your library card number (without any D preceding the number) and your PIN. If you do not know or have forgotten your PIN number please contact your nearest library. You will also need to enter an email address.
Sign in through the browser
The BorrowBox service can also be used on a browser via the BorrowBox Gateway. Select the sign in button, then enter your library card number (without any D preceding the number) and your PIN. If you do not know, or have forgotten, your PIN number please contact your nearest library.
How to log-in and download Libby e-audiobooks by Overdrive
Sign-in with the app
Download the Libby app for android on Google Play.
Download the Libby app for IOS on the App Store.
Download the Libby app on Windows 10 devices.
In the Libby app, follow the prompts to find your library and search Northamptonshire Libraries.
Enter your library card number (with the D in front and no spaces) and 4 digit PIN number (if you do not know or have forgotten your PIN number please contact your nearest library).
Sign-in through the browser
To listen to e-audiobooks in your Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge browser visit the website and sign-in by entering your library card number (with the D in front and no spaces) and 4 digit PIN number.

e-newspapers and e-magazines via the Libby app
Through the Libby App you can also read thousands of e-newspapers and e-magazines provided by Pressreader. To access the Pressreader service go to the home page of the Libby app and scroll down to extras.
Please note that you will need to sign-in and out every 30 days to maintain free access to Pressreader. For further information on this service please go to our e-newspaper and e-magazine webpage.
